To reach the top of the hill where the Sacré-Cœur of Paris stands, you can walk up the 200 steps that lead to the cathedral, or you can hop on the Funicular de Montmartre and reach the summit in one minute and thirty seconds.
It is part of the Paris transport network.

This charming fully automatic funicular was inaugurated in 1900 and was completely rebuilt in 1935 and again in 1991.
It is located in the Paris neighborhood known as Montmartre, a Paris neighborhood you simply can't miss, where in addition to the Sacré-Cœur Basilica or Sacré-Cœur, you can visit the Moulin Rouge, the square Place du Tertre, where you can watch painters sketching scenes of the square and follow the Amélie Route tour recommended for fans fans of this cult film.
Montmartre Funicular Prices
The same price as a metro ticket. That is, you will need a T+ Ticket the individual price of which is €1.90.
You can also board using your pass Paris Visite or Navigo.

It runs from 6:00 AM to 12:45 AM.
