Culture and nature in a large urban park in Paris
It is located in the northeast of the city, in the arrondissement or Arrondissement XIX and has several attractions to fill an entire day.
It covers 55 hectares, where green spaces blend with modern architecture buildings, playgrounds and activity areas for children and adults, as well as cultural spaces and theaters.
The park is divided in the middle by the Canal de l’Ourcq and features the following areas:
- The Géode. A dome where IMAX films are projected on a 1,000 m screen2.
- The National Superior Conservatory of Music and Dance.
- The Cabaret Sauvage. Concert hall.
- Theaters. The Paris-Villette and the Zénith.
- Themed gardens and other attractions ranging from an equestrian center to the submarine Argonauta.
