  • P - How far in advance should I book the transfer?

  • P - How long does it take from the hotel to the airport?

    R -

    The journey time from central Paris or Disneyland to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports is between 40 and 60 minutes. We recommend requesting the return transfer 3.5 hours in advance.

    If you are flying from Beauvais, the journey time to Paris varies between 1.5 and 2 hours (2 hours to Disneyland). We recommend booking the hotel pickup 4 hours in advance.

    The area considered as París centro comprende todos los códigos postales que empiezan por 75. If they begin with a different number, prices may include surcharges.

  • P - What pickup time should I enter?

    R -

    For transfers originating at the airport, you should enter the scheduled arrival time of your flight. The same applies to cruise ports and train stations — you should enter the scheduled arrival time.

    For transfers departing from the hotel, you should enter the time you want us to pick you up. That is, you should not enter the flight departure time, but rather the time you want us to come and collect you.

    For shared transfers, times may be modified by the provider for scheduling purposes. In that case, we will contact you to confirm the rescheduled time.
     

  • P - How long will the driver wait for me?

    • Airports: 1 hour from the actual flight landing time.
    • Cruise ports: 30 minutes from the time indicated when making the booking.
    • Train stations: 15 minutes from the actual train arrival time.
    • Hotels and apartments: 15 minutes from the time indicated when making the booking.

    If for any reason you need more time, you must call the contact phone number shown on the booking. In this case, surcharges may apply.

  • P - Where will the driver be waiting for me?

    • Airports:

    - Traslado Meet&Greet incluido: the driver will wait at the passenger pickup area closest to the exit of the baggage claim zone. 

    Traslado Meet&Greet no incluido: we will send instructions by email on how to reach the meeting point and/or the driver will provide details before the service.

    • Ports: the driver will wait at the port arrivals terminal.
    • Train stations: the driver will wait at the exit of the train's arrival platform.
    • Hotels and apartments: the driver will be waiting outside the building. If able to park the vehicle, they may occasionally wait in the reception area.
  • P - Are the prices final? Are there any surcharges?

    Unlike our competitors, our prices are final and include all costs, including tolls and gratuities.
    Surcharges may apply when the destination is not within the indicated zone or an additional stop is required during the journey.
     

  • P - How many people can travel in the vehicle?

    The number of seats indicated for each vehicle is the maximum number of passengers that can travel, not including the driver. All passengers, including young children, regardless of age, count as passengers.
    If you are a large group, you will need to book multiple vehicles.
     

  • P - How much luggage can I bring?

    R -

    During the booking process you will be able to see the luggage allowance for each vehicle. Each vehicle shows its capacity in terms of the number of large suitcases and the number of carry-on bags.
    The maximum dimensions by luggage type are:

    • Carry-on bag: the sum of length, height, and width must not exceed 115 cm.
    • Large suitcase: the sum of length, height, and width must not exceed 155 cm.
  • P - Do you have child seats available?

    As you proceed through the booking process, you will see information about child seats. Depending on the regulations at each destination, these may be mandatory or optional, and may be free of charge or carry an additional cost. This cost will be shown at the time of booking.

  • P - How do I find my flight number?

    R -

    A flight number consists of 2 characters representing the airline, followed by 4 digits that complete the flight number. Some examples are IB3506, UX1254, or 5Z1826. You can find your flight number in the booking confirmation email from the airline.

  • P - Do I need to notify you if my flight, ferry, or train is delayed?

    Flights, trains, and ferries are monitored at all times, so you don't need to worry about contacting us. In the event of excessive delays, if we are unable to reschedule the transfer due to a lack of vehicle availability, a full refund of the service will be issued.

  • P - Why do I need to have a working mobile phone?

    R -

    It is essential to carry a working mobile phone, as we may need to call you in an emergency — for example, if the driver has broken down or is simply having difficulty locating you.

  • P - Who is responsible for a missed flight?

    R -

    The transfer company will never be held responsible for a missed flight. Customers are solely responsible for knowing their flight departure time and for requesting the pick-up service with sufficient advance notice. 

  • P - Is it possible to make multiple stops?

    R -

    If you are staying at different hotels or need to make a stop to pick up the keys to an apartment, please be aware that this service involves additional surcharges. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you an email with the surcharge amount. You can accept it or cancel the service at no cost. Payment can be made online or directly at the destination.

  • P - Can I share the vehicle with other people?

    We offer both private and shared transfer services. With private services, the vehicle will be for your exclusive use. With shared transfers, the vehicle will be shared with other travelers.

  • P - Does the driver speak Spanish?

    R -

    Although drivers in most countries speak several languages, we cannot guarantee that the assigned driver will speak Spanish. That said, language is not essential for completing the transfer, as the driver has all the necessary details in advance to carry out the service.

We had an issue on arrival, but it was resolved and they apologized. The driver who picked us up was friendly and drove perfectly. Setting aside the initial mistake, which caused us a very stressful moment, I would definitely contact them again — we're all human and anyone can make a mistake.

Excellent in every way — punctuality, friendliness, and so on — with an enormous added bonus from Sami, the driver. My wife left her mobile phone at our accommodation in Paris, and we only noticed once we were already at the airport with no time to go back for it. Sami, the driver, offered to go and retrieve it and send it to our home address. People like Sami make this world a better place.

Very good service, very punctual, the driver was decent — they write to you the day before to confirm the transfer. I recommend them, they provide very good customer service. They pick you up at the door wherever you are and drop you off at the door of your destination if circumstances allow them to park.
