Paris Zoo
Also known as Vincennes Zoo
Paris Zoo

The renovation works carried out at the Zoo de ParĂswere guided by the concept of keeping animals in "environments that evoke their original ecosystems, respecting their well-being," while also making visitors feel immersed in each of those environments.
From now on, the animals living in this zoo are divided into several zones, comprising iconic species (wolves, giraffes...), lesser-known species (wolverine or Gulo gulo, manatees...), endangered species participating in European breeding programs (Humboldt penguins, sifakas...), and species involved in international conservation programs (lemurs, white rhinoceros).

What to See at the Paris Zoo
The great rock, or «Le Grand Rocher» which serves as the park's iconic image, will now be joined by a new landmark structure: a gran invernadero tropical built inside a glass dome, where the typical vegetation of a tropical humid climate coexists with fauna including insects, amphibians, reptiles, free-flying birds, manatees, primates, and giant anteaters.
