Dining at Le Relais de l'Entrecôte
Once seated, you let the waiter know how you'd like your steak cooked, and a few minutes later the following arrives: a lettuce and walnut salad with mustard vinaigrette, followed by a plate of sliced steak with golden french fries served over the famous secret butter sauce.
