Buses

You can get from one point of interest to another by hopping on a bus. Check the routes at the stops nearest to your hotel and confirm the timetables for the current season.
Paris Public Buses
Paris is served by 59 bus routes, which complement the various stops of the metro.

In general, almost all lines start running at 7am until around 8:30pm. Some routes, those connecting the most important train or metro stations, run until just past midnight.
You will find simple stops marked with a sign, and more complete stops with a bench, glass shelter, and an electronic display showing how long until the next bus.
Attention: on Sundays and public holidays, routes run with fewer buses.

Prices / Fares
A single ticket costs €2.10. It is the Ticket t+ Pass (€2.00 if you buy it on board).
If you buy the ticket Pase Ticket t+ on board the bus it costs a few cents more and also does not give you the advantage of transferring to the metro, tram, or train. We therefore recommend buying your tickets before boarding at the machines in metro stations or at street newsstands and tobacco kiosks.
You can also use other passes such as the Paris Visite (a tourist pass for all public transport). The Navigo Pass (recommended for longer stays)

Night buses (Noctilien)
Regular lines make their last run relatively early, but from 12:30am until 5:30am, Paris keeps moving with 42 lines across the city.
You'll notice that night bus numbers begin with an "N". A quick way to identify them.
Hop-on hop-off tourist buses
They operate on Paris several tourist buses routes where you can hop on and off as many times as you like at all the stops covering the city's most important tourist attractions.
They're not the cheapest way to get around, but they're convenient, fun, and include an audio guide. You can buy your ticket here.
