Eating vegetarian or vegan at Disneyland Paris
Almost all food stands and restaurants offer a vegan alternative. The most popular options are vegan burritos, burgers, and salads, but you can also find more substantial dishes at formal restaurants — for example, at the Restaurante del Capitán Jack they serve a menu with a quinoa salad as a starter and lentil curry as a main course.
Even if you visit a steakhouse-style restaurant like the Silver Spur you'll find a vegan menu that includes a quinoa salad, a vegetable skewer as the main course, and a tofu-based dessert.
You won't have any trouble finding vegan options at Disneyland Paris.
Booking a restaurant at Disneyland Paris
One thing we can't recommend enough if you're planning to visit Disneyland Paris is to download the Park App. With this tool you'll have access to the full list of available restaurants, you can browse menus with up-to-date prices, and you can also book a table — which at the most popular restaurants, such as Bistrot Chez Rémy (Ratatouille), fills up very quickly.
If you plan to eat at one of the Park's more formal restaurants (not including fast-food options), we recommend booking in advance. You can do so up to two months before your visit date via the app, by calling +33 1 60 30 40 50, or at your hotel's front desk upon arrival.
Birthdays at Disneyland Paris restaurants
If you're celebrating a birthday during your meal, you can request a birthday cake for €30 when you arrive. It will be served at the end.
Some tips for saving money at Disneyland Paris restaurants
Bring water with you — drinks inside the Park are expensive.
Keep in mind that children under three years old (in some places under two years old only) eat free at buffets, so it may be worth making the most of a good meal at one of them.
Ask about meal packages at Disney Hotels — it can be worthwhile if you want to eat well or if you're staying for several days.
