Paris Flea Market
Paris Saint-Ouen Flea Market
Flea Market
The Marché aux Puces or Flea Market in Paris Saint-Ouen is the place with the highest concentration of antique dealers and second-hand shops in the world.
It is the most famous flea market in Paris, with more than 5 million visitors per year.
The biggest street market in Paris
More than just a market, it is a complex of around 3,000 stalls and shops that operate on the northern fringe of the city and that has already become legendary.
At present it consists of twelve covered markets together, five shopping streets and merchants who set up their most informal stalls on the sidewalks.
It is located beyond the Montmartre district and about 35 minutes on the Paris metro, which is well worth it if you like this type of shopping.
What you can buy at Marché aux Puces
Antiques, clothing, furniture and accessories.
You can find common things in the markets such as new and used adult and children’s clothing, furniture, decorative objects such as old moldings or mirrors, super old cans, dolls with more than 100 years, valuable illustrations at fantastic prices and many more things, everything you can imagine.
Visit it early, there is a lot to see, and it fills up, so the “traffic” of onlookers and buyers may make us a little impatient.
This market in Paris is on the same level of popularity as the Portobello Market in London, the El Rastro Market in Madrid or the Feira da Ladra in Lisbon.
