The Museum of the Middle Ages in Paris , also known as the Cluny Museum , has one of the most outstanding medieval collections in the world.

What to see in the Museum of the Middle Ages in Paris
Ancient sculptures and pieces whose origins go back even before the Middle Ages are exhibited and explain the roots of medieval art.

The exhibition consists of more than 2,300 ancient objects such as weapons, ivories, stained glass, armor and tombstones. The best known object is the tapestry of the Lady and the Unicorn from the 15th century.
The medieval building that houses the museum is located next to the Gallo-Roman baths of the Hotel Abbes de Cluny, ruins from the 1st century.
